You can either make a booking directly on this website or you can call our office at 800-845-6966 and a local reservationist will be glad to help you.

Check in time is 4:00 PM EST. All our rentals offer contactless check in. You will receive entry instructions and an access code to the lockbox or keyless entry prior to arrival. Every effort will be made to have the unit ready at that time, but it is not guaranteed.

Check out time is 10:00 AM EST. 

All our rentals offer contactless check in so you may enter your property any time after 4:00 PM EST. Additionally, our normal office hours are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday - Saturday (hours may vary by season). Should you encounter a problem after hours, please call our office at 800-845-6966 and you will be directed to our on-call staff.

Each bed will be made with fresh, sanitized sheets. Extra sheets and bedding will not be available. One set of bath linens will be provided per guest. Kitchen dish towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach chairs and beach towels. 

A starter set of amenities including dish soap, dishwasher detergent, bar soaps, laundry detergent, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, garbage bags, and basic cleaning supplies will be provided so that you may begin to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive.  

Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. For additional items, visit our Exclusives Guide for a list of local beach and gear rentals companies. We also offer a 5% off discount to guests to Surfscooter Bike Rentals.

As far as resort privileges, guests on Kiawah Island can play golf at any of the 5 public golf courses, use the tennis facilities, the Spa at The Sanctuary, all of the restaurants, the Kamp Kiawah activities, and all other activities. The only things you do not have access to are the Resort Pools, their gym, and their shuttle. You are not able to purchase a pass for these items either. If you have children that enroll in Kamp Kiawah, they will have access to the Night Heron Pool during Kamp only.

Please leave up to 2 keys in the property lockbox and any extras on the dining table. If you have time, we would greatly appreciate you helping our housekeeping team get a jump start by starting the dishwasher, removing all trash/groceries, and closing/securing all doors and windows. Please double check for personal belongings.

Yes, Kiawah Island is a gated, private community. Prior to arrival, you will receive an email with your vehicle passes attached. Please print and distribute your vehicle passes prior to arrival and enter the right lane of the security gate. Please always display this pass in your windshield while on the island. Vehicles not displaying passes are subject to being towed at owner's expense.

1/3 of the total is due at the time of booking. 30 days prior to your arrival, the final amount will be due.
