The dining area offers seating for eight and convenient access to the pool deck with additional outdoor dining for six. The kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook a family meal right from home. The laundry room is located off the front entrance, so that you never have to leave home for mundane chores. There is also a powder room on the main level for convenience.
This welcoming vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The primary suite features a king size canopy bed, desk space, and full ensuite bathroom complete with a marble and glass door shower, as well as a modern vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, plenty of storage space, and a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a private sink and toilet as well as a shared shower with bedroom three. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed, plenty of storage, and access to a private screened porch through sliding glass doors. The fourth bedroom offers a queen size bed, plenty of storage space, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a modern vanity and custom tiled shower-tub combo.
An additional living area is also located upstairs amidst the bedrooms, with sofa and accent seating. Just off this living area is the screened porch with an outdoor living area overlooking the private pool just below.
West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with a great selection of Kiawah rental homes, meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.
You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.
Pool Access: This home has a private pool and can NOT be heated. Pool is 14’ X 16’ and about 4 1/2’ deep. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.
