Our family enjoyed the central location of this unit. The beach, Night Heron Park, the Nature Center were only a 5 minute walk away! Walk over to The Nest for a cold treat and enjoy the lagoon view... all there to enjoy. A huge selection of games and books can be found tucked away in the condo. Yes, we will surely return again to the Parkside Villa unit.

The property was very clean and well stocked. The location was was perfect. We enjoyed sitting out on the screened porch each morning for breakfast after enjoying our sunrise walks on the beach. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time at Kiawah Resort! It’s a perfect place for families. This villa worked fine for my daughter, husband, 2 & 7 yr old. There were a few light bulbs out and problems with the lock system, causing us to share one single key with no back up or repair ever addressed. Looking back I’d probably get a one floor villa next time. This company was very good to work with booking and communication. This location is the very best!

We had a wonderful week long stay. The rental home is comfortable and well equipped and situated on a picturesque pond with patio and a deck to enjoy the environment. Wifi signal os strong and working remotely was easy. Everyone that we encountered on our daily beach and community was following pandemic precautions. Rental agency were very prompt in helping with a minor issue (light bulb replacement). Very satisfied with stay.

The Villa was beautiful. It was located perfectly! Loved being on the water. Was afraid we would get eat up with mosquitoes, but never saw one! The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Would stay again and recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. The location is great, just a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the screened in deck and spent a lot of time there watching for the alligator. We had an issue with the air conditioner, but it was handled immediately and very professionally. I would highly recommend this condo! you will enjoy your stay!

One of our new favorite places to stay while visiting Charleston! This rental was well furnished with kitchen items and plenty of towels,toilet paper, soap and tissues. We stayed for 12 nights and didn't need to purchase a thing. Great location with the beach a 5 minute walk away. We also discovered the General Store (10 minute walk) and enjoyed several lunches and breakfasts. Excellent food! Rented bikes for the duration and rode to each end of the island. Very blessed to see dolphins strand feeding. Oh...I cannot forget to mention the master bed. It is the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in!!! You will not be disappointed with this rental.

We had a super time at this villa. Loved sitting on the screen porch. We were sorry we did not see an alligator. The villas has everything you would want or need. I loved the wall art. A great view of the lagoon which is so restful. A very easy walk for the three of us (one lady is 79; a couple in their 80's) to the beach. Will definitely return.

This was our 2nd time staying in this beautiful condo that has absolutely everything you could possibly need. It is wonderfully appointed with luxurious bedding, a well-stocked kitchen and many little extras that make the stay perfect. Wish we didn’t have to leave. We will definitely be back!

This villa is lovely! It was my second time staying here. I especially love the private dock and the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon! The porch is a great place to kick back and relax - enjoy some zen time! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and serving a gorgeous meal. This villa is perfect to enjoy with family and friends. I could put my 10 month old in her stroller and walk to the
playground and nature center, which she loved. It's amazing to be surrounded by nature! This is a beautiful villa. It is my favorite place to stay!

My family and I have been renting Parkside townhomes for the last 20 years and I've never stayed in a nicer unit. I felt like my best friend ( the one with excellent taste! ) let me use her home for a week. The unit was perfect in every way! I especially appreciated all the extra touches: umbrellas
(although they were not needed because we had sunshine everyday ) beach towels and fine bed linens to name just a few. While we love going to restaurants and touring Charleston, we also enjoy cooking (son owns a restaurant in Chicago and his first job after culinary school was at SNOBS)so we totally enjoyed and made good use of the fully stocked kitchen. From now on,this will be my first choice in rental properties !!

P.S. Blackbird just off Kiawah Island is a great place to shop for fresh fish and other ingredients.

Our stay was perfect! The decor is lovely, with personality and warm touches throughout. It's like staying in someone's home. We were 6 adults and a baby and could all be together, and also have our privacy. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner (8 adults)and we all fit comfortably at the fabulous French farm table. Plus, the Fiesta ware was a "festive" touch! The kitchen is beautiful, fully stocked with any appliance you may need, and a joy to cook in. The lagoon is beautiful and the ocean is truly just a five minute walk away. Plus the market for a quick take out or to pick up a paper is within walking distance. I don't have enough superlatives for this place and can't wait to come back!

Our villa couldn't have been any cleaner and was well stocked with a lot of extras like foil, laundry detergent, coffee filters, trash bags and much more! My family and I could not have asked for a better spot on the island! We had the best of all worlds. 4560 Parkside Villa's location on the lagoon enabled us to capture Kiawah's nature with only a 2 minute walk to its magnificent beaches and luxury of the Sanctuary Hotel. The villa was beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed with everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Definitely exceeded our expectations! My family would love to return!

This was our third stay in this beautifully appointed villa. There are too many amenities to list. We've rented many villas and homes on Kiawah in the last 25 years and this is by far our favorite! It's proximity to the ocean and the lagoon side location are what makes the luxury all the more appealing. We love all the natural activity on the lagoon, but it's only a short walk to the beach. A perfect spot!

Kiawah has changed our family's "beach trips" forever and this villa was the perfect setting from which to enjoy all the Island had to offer. It was decorated beautifully, not like your typical beach house at all...we felt so comfortable here that we welcomed our down time and evenings 'in.' The kitchen was top notch (we had a personal chef from The Pampered Palate cook us dinner one night and he was impressed with the kitchen) so you can plan to do some cooking if you like! Loved being on the lagoon (gator spotting was one of our favorite events), proximity to the Sanctuary (for dinner/coffee/ice cream) and the beach. We will stay here again and I high recommend it to anyone considering a stay here.

Our family loved this place. The condo is beautifully decorated and makes for an easy stay with family. The kitchen is wonderful, all bedrooms are comfortable, and the location is perfect. The vacation was truly wonderful! My husband and I both agreed that we could stay there much longer than our twelve days. It is so amazingly uncomplicated getting into the villa. Bypassing all of the check in traffic made the beginning of a holiday weekend much more relaxed. The villa was so clean and inviting that we felt at home at once. The linens and beds were wonderful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The alligators even cooperated and visited us almost every day. We really enjoyed the screened porch and the generous dining table. We will recommend this villa to all our friends and family.

We have been going to Kiawah for 16 years. This was one of our best trips. The weather was awesome (80 and low humidity) and the unit was one of the best we have found. We felt like we were staying with friends. The decor is lovely and the kitchen is the best equipped of any. A true gem!
