This was the nicest place I have stayed with Kiawah Exclusives in the last 5 years. Great location but equally important, the villa was beautiful, great floorplan, nicely furnished, nice linens, and clean. It wasn’t careworn like some. I would definitely like to stay at 3554 Seascape again.

My family has been vacationing to Kiawah Island for the last 20 years. This is one of our favorite condos. We love opening the back sliding doors and walking the 1 and a half minutes to our beach chairs. This condo also has a great ice maker that makes it easy to fill small coolers or make cocktails:)

This oceanfront condo is very spacious and comfortable in convenient West Beach. I’ve been vacationing in Kiawah for years and stayed in properties all over the island, and this first floor condo is ideal for those who prefer easy beach access and the close proximity to Freshfields. This was the second time renting this unit and we really enjoyed both stays! Kiawah Exclusives provided excellent customer service throughout the rental process. Highly recommend them!

This is a beautiful and well equipped rental unit, view and location. We loved it. The only disappointment was there is no grilling allowed and no pool option. We worked around it but I wish I’d paid better attention to those details when I booked.

This is our second time staying at this property. It was, again, a very pleasant experience. The property is very well maintained and spotless. If you are looking for a vacation right on the beach, this is the place to stay.

This was our 2nd rental of this unit. We have also rented an upstairs unit with a better beach view. However we like this unit because the covered deck allows us to spend lots of time comfortably on the deck, especially in the fall and spring when we like to get away. Great kitchen, beds, bathrooms. Nothing negative at all.

Gorgeous Villa with beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Outstanding floor plan with each BR having its own private bath. This was perfect for our adult children. The covered patio is a slice of paradise with views of the lush island greenery and the ocean. We have rented many different beach homes over the past 25 years and this one is our favorite!

We loved the location of the property and easy accessibility to the beach. Even though the property was one of the lower units we were happily surprised to have wonderful views of the ocean. Both the exterior and interior were very clean, well furnished and well maintained. Loved the proximity to Freshfields when we needed groceries, etc. This was also a quieter location since you are at the end of the island.

3554 Seascape is just lovely. With a well stocked kitchen we enjoyed most dinners in the villa and took full advantage of the covered deck for reading and relaxing.

We have just returned from a week at Kiawah Island and this beautiful unit. It is about one minute to the beach, which is my favorite beach ever. The unit has been redone with modern kitchen and baths and is nicely furnished. Pam Harrington Agency made checkin easy and were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back. First experience with PHE. Staff communicated very well and were very responsive. Received a confirmation phone call in addition to the normal email follow-ups. Received another courtesy call the morning of our arrival letting us know we could check in early if we'd like. 3554 Seascape is a great property, great kitchen, very spacious and well furnished by someone with very good taste. Ocean views were spectacular. Would love to stay there again.
