4974 Turtle Point Villa Golf View

4974 Turtle Point was a great unit for our extended family with my daughter's family sleeping on the first floor and my wife and I in the second floor master. The unit looks great, was equipped with everything we needed, and is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Renting the unit and getting access via Kiawah Exclusives couldn't have been easier.

We loved the villa. There was plenty of space for 6 people, the kitchen was well stocked and the whole villa was very clean. There were plenty of games and puzzles for rainy days. The walk to the beach was very close and a straight forward path. Check in was a breeze. I will definitely plan to rent this villa again.

4974 was the best property we have stayed in. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and The Sanctuary. We loved the views from the private balcony and screened in sunroom.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation on the island and this condo was the perfect choice. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom, which is a huge plus when traveling with our male and female children who also have friends along. The condo was a short bike ride to the beach, had a beautiful view of the golf course where we enjoyed deer watching every evening and we loved the screened in sunroom for our morning coffee. This condo is a must stay!

Great villa and location for PGA tournament! Amenities as described...nice screened porch to enjoy morning coffee and evening drinks. Lovely master suite! Very short walk to Sanctuary, as well as towalk/bike ride to the beach.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. The unit has the potential to be fabulous. location is great, but the owner has not made needed repairs that we noticed two years ago (sliding doors and ceiling) There were a few more bugs this year, which made us think the exterminator had not come on a regular basis. Pam Harrington is great, we would use them again and again.

Just got back from a week with my family at 4974 Turtle Point. I've been coming to Kiawah for 30 years mostly in the Turtle Point area and this unit was one of the nicest I've ever stayed out. Beautiful overlooking the 17th hole...a quick walk to bike ride to the beach...what more could you want? Pam Harrington made the entire check-in and check-out processes super convenient and safe in the age of Covid. The unit itself was remarkably clean upon arrival and was a comfortable respite for my family of 5. I would gladly stay here again.

Absolutely staying here again! Beautifully decorated and clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Enjoyed playing board games at the big round table. We spent mornings in the screened in porch. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach too!

We had a great week at the beach at this incredible condo. We have been coming to Kiawah for many years, and this was the first year that we did not stay directly on the beach. We did not miss it at all and found the access to the beach very easy, with shortcuts available to make it even easier. We love to cook, and the kitchen very well-stocked, including knives which we were pleasantly surprised to find were quite sharp, along with all the other expected kitchen needs. The beds were very comfortable. There was ample space for our family of four with a grandmother in tow, with one of the bedrooms downstairs so well appointed that we would consider it almost a second master suite. Would highly recommend this condo to someone looking for a tastefully decorated, high quality finishes for a rental condo, stylish and comfortable place. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This was our third time vacationing at Kiawah and our first time at 4974 Turtle Point!! It was wonderful. Everything was super clean, well stocked kitchen(a few more coffee mugs would be great) and the master bed was super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! We also really liked the location.

First time to Kiawah, the Island is well maintained and the weather was good ( unseasonably hot and humid). This is a great location for cycling the island. Saw a car with a bumper sticker “Go back to Ohio”, I guess we’re not welcome here.

The villa is very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is well stocked, better than most rentals. We will be returning here in the future. One recommendation for your winter guess, gas logs would be a nice addition. :)

We loved everything about this rental. Very good location, nicely decorated and very comfortable spaciaous accommodations. We were three couples, in Kiawah for a wedding. Beds and living areas are very comfortable and newly upgraded. Checking process commincatons before were very clear and timely. Highly recommend. We had other friends who stayed in the same complex in another units. My friend from that unit was jealous when he saw our rental he said “you are staying at Ritz” compared to their unit :-)

The condo beyond our expectations (i.e. cleanliness, decor, top-of-line appliances & updated bathrooms) out of 5 stars, I would give it 7. Additionally, Pam Harrington Exclusives was so easy to deal with. Minimal contact needed, welcome packet via email was efficient and provided thorough information; and the app was perfect for "need to know" once we'd left home. We will definitely be back!

This rental villa was exactly as pictured online. Everything was in perfect working order and all was clean and updated. Location was great! The beach and bike trails were very convenient and close-by. Beds were very comfortable and screened porch was used every day. I would rent this again.

We are former owners at Turtle Point and a part of our hearts is always at Kiawah. 4974was lovely. We had two relaxing weeks and found it delightful. Only drawback was 3rd floor and no elevator. Always happy to spend time at Kiawah! Our rental was in our favorite area, Turtle Point. Liked the easy walk to the beautiful beach, the central location to everything and staying in such a comfortable and pretty villa. Golf is great for the guys and I had adventures every day exploring Kiawah to do Nature photography.

Weather was super, the restaurants offer great variety and it is always great to have a well equipped kitchen for dining in.

Everywhere you go on the island you are met by people who provide quality service! Can't say enough about our great experience with Pam Harrington Exclusives. We have used their services for many years.

Already looking forward to our next trip.

4974 is probably the nicest TP villa I have ever been in. It is beautifully done with high quality finishes, comfortable beds and furniture. Bathrooms are really nice. Stayed 5 nights for a girlfriend get together and it was perfect. AC was a little tempramental--seemed to get really cold at night and run and run but we would just turn it down at night.
Great location, close to beach.
