We have stayed at 79 Bittern every summer for around 15 years. It is perfect. Roomy, attractive, in great shape and one short block to a part of the beach which is never crowded.

When we arrived at our condo we discovered there was an issue with both bathrooms. I called and you immediately sent maintenance. Once it was determined we could not stay there Brian had us in another property within 30 minutes. I can not say enough about how your team took a situation that could have had negative implications on our races the next morning and made it a WONDERFUL experience. I highly recommend staying at your properties! Thank you again for a fantastic race weekend experience.

Enjoyed our Spring Break week at this beautiful house. Highly recommend. All beds, except twin, were comfortable. It was extremely clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Made a big Easter dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve it, which is unusual. Sunroom and screened porch were ideal, our favorite rooms. Great for gator, bird and golfer watching.
Appliances worked perfectly and shower water pressure was excellent. ATT Uverse allowed us to watch March Madness; the Sonos system was a great touch. Have stayed in several great properties on HHI, KI and OBX but this one is the best.

The location was terrific. Loved the view of the lagoon and the quick, 4 minute walk to the beach.Also enjoyed the screened porch area and large deck.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The location is perfect because it is about 100 yards to the beach access ramp. The home had everything you would need for creating a week of family memories.

This place is fantastic!! Has everything! Have 3 boys ages 7-16. They loved it here. Great view while we sit in the morning in the screened in porch. The bedrooms were nice. The one back room is a little warm but we used a fan which we brought from home. This house is very clean! We love it & will be back again next summer!

This house was perfect. Plenty of sitting areas, backed up to a lake with gators and cool birds, well equipped kitchen, and close proximity to the beach. The house was great!

We stayed from April 21 to May 5. Weather was perfect. The home was all that was promised, quality sheets, towels, everything in excellent working condition. The screened eating area is a real treat as is the porch with its rockers facing the lagoon and the fairway. Could not ask for a better view. Definitely at the top of our favorites over the years.

We stayed 5 weeks in Feb/March and enjoyed the wonderful view off the rear of the house. The house is well eguiped and worked perfectly for us and for friends who visited. The owner and realty staff were very accommodating to allow us to stay an extra week at the monthly rate even though this carried us over into spring rate season. It was noisy but entertaining to watch the crews rebuilding Cougar Pt. golf course.

We have rented 79 Bittern for many years and our only complaint is that we can't there full time:-) We absolutely love it there and already look forward to being there next year!

We had a great time biking and walking the beach. This house is close enough to the beach to walk and has large rooms with great views of the golf course.

We have stayed here before and love it even more with the recent improvements.The location is is an easy short walk to the beach and a pleasant bike ride to the market.We are already making plans to return next year.

With 7 adults and 3 children ages 2 or under, the space and layout of the house was a perfect fit for our family. The location of the house is outstanding, with easy access to the beach, bike trails (get a Burley Cart if you have small kids), nature and the marsh tower. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to this house in the future, definitely.
