We come here multiple times throughout the year. We love to stay at different locations and we prefer inside the second gate... This was by far an excellent location, house and experience. We did appreciate the texts checking in, along with knowing someone could be reached if there were issues/problems. We will return again soon and definitely hope to stay with you again.

This house was great for 3 adult couples since all bedrooms had their own bathroom and Queen or King beds. All the bathrooms were clean & nice - two with walk in showers.
The kitchen, dining and living rooms were all bigger than they appeared in the pictures, and there was ample space for 6 adults, plus a baby. One bedroom had a large walk-in closet with a window which was perfect for a pack-n-play. Washer & Dryer were very large and nice.
Good location (about 10 min walk, 3 min bike ride) to the beach, and very close to the community pool.
There were tiny ants which were a pain (bring zip lock bags for all your food). The rental company sent someone out with ant bait traps same day and offered to spray, but we declined due to a baby in the house. We love Kiawah and have visited at least 20 times in the past 26 years and there has never been a rental without some type of bug - it's just part of island life! This was one of our top rentals.

The property was well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We had a couple of small issues early in the week but the property Mgr was very responsive and quick to address our issues. The beach is an easy 10 min walk in the shade, a definite plus in July in SC. We also loved being able to stow our bikes in the garage. Would stay here again!

We stayed at 15 Ocean Green for a week with two young children. We loved that everyone had their own room and there were bathtubs for kids who still need that. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of bath towels. The decor is somewhat dated but pleasant. We entertained family one evening and had great space between the kitchen and dining area tables for six visitors to join us for dinner. Being close to the pool was a great perk; sometimes it can be a bit of a hassle to lug all of the gear to the beach with two little ones. Being on a golf course presented some fun people-watching moments.

We truly enjoyed our time at the house. It was an easy walk to the beach, an easy drive in Charleston and really enjoyed the quiet of the location. The house was well appointed. I also had great service with the team at Kiawah Exclusives related to 2 issues. Thank you for the wonderful and relaxing time away.

Nice and easy contactless access to comfortable house, garage a plus for storing bikes and parking underneath. Well-appointed kitchen and thankfully strong and stable Wifi. Dismal weather but residential home location and closeby beach access made biking and ocean walking more possible and enjoyable.

This is the third year we have stayed in this home. It is clean and comfortable. The layout is perfect for our group of 5 - grandparents, parents and one child. Pool is nice and close and walk to beach in under 10 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay at 15 Ocean Green. We found the house very comfortable and well-equipped. It was perfect for our visit to Kiawah with our adult children. It's only a short bike ride from the beach and the pool access is a plus.

We enjoyed this propoerty becuase it was the right bedroom/bath configuration for 3 adults; plenty of dining space/nice outdoor porches. Beyond Vanderhorst gate so other properties could be viewed; we LOVED using the community pool and having close access (10 minute walk) to beach. Nicely decorated; used the outdoor grill and convenient garage door opener a plus!

The house was conveniently located - a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Bed rooms were quite spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc.

This was our second year at this property and we were just as pleased with it as last year. The owners updated the kitchen and put in a flat screen TV so they take a vested interest in their property. We look forward to staying here again.

The home was exactly as represented in your materials and as discussed with the company. It met all the needs for our vacation; we were extremely pleased. The proximity to the beach, along with access to a community pool, were the selling points for us. We understood this home was not one of the more modern, updated homes on the island, but we found the home neat, tidy, comfortable and with good provisions. A community pool was very important to us, and may not be to everyone, so we are willing to forgo granite countertops for a pool! Your company was also responsive, had everything ready, and professional. We would recommend you to our friends.
