We stayed at this home for the first time and loved it. We have 2 young adult kids, who brought their significant others, as well as a preteen.

The space was perfect for the 7 of us. The home was very nice and comfortable. Some previous vacationsers left some boogie boards & beach chairs, which was a nice surprise - we of, course, left them for the next group to use as well!

The beach was about a 3 minute bike ride via boardwalk 40. I wouldn't walk it, but it would be less than a 10 minute walk if you prefer that route to biking.

The upstairs master bed is a bit too firm for my liking, but all of the other beds were great. Suggest bringing extra pillows, but other than those very minor things, we loved the home and would definitely stay again!

We thought the house was lovely and the location perfect. We were a little disappointed though to find that there was not a thing in the fridge or even coffee. We were under the understanding that there would be at least a few provisions to start us off.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad that you enjoyed the home and the location. The owner has worked very hard on updates to make it feel like home. I am sorry that you were expecting there to be grocery items left for you. We do leave a "starter set" of supplies, but these include things like paper towels, bathroom tissue, soap, detergents for laundry and dishes and the dishwasher. Sadly, in this day and age, we do not leave any items that could be tampered with or consumed, as it could potentially not be safe. We do have list of delivery services that can stock your home with groceries that would be there at your arrival. Please, when you book a future stay with us, ask your reservationist and we will be happy to get this set up for you.

We have been going to Kiawah for years, but this was our first time at 305 Ocean Oaks and it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful, clean and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the local restaurants, especially Fischer's at Bohicket and Ryder Cup at Ocean Course Clubhouse. The beach was virtually deserted at that end of the island. Would highly recommend this property!

305 Ocean Oaks home was perfect for a fall get away with friends. Layout with 4 nicely appointed bedrooms with private baths is ideal. It is also in a great location with beautiful views. Home is well stocked and organized and made it easy to settle in for a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful marsh views, convenient to beach. Ocean Oaks is a very serene And beautiful community. Pam Harrington great to work with. We left a laptop upon check out at 10 o’clock on Saturday and they called us by 11:30 that morning. They arrange for shipment to our home on Monday.

We spent the last two weeks of 2020 at 305 Ocean Oaks. The house, with its open-plan, front-to-back views, is just stunning. Perfectly set up for us and our 3 young adult children, with 4 en suite bedrooms, including 2 masters and several balconies. The house is situated on a quiet marsh, with near-distant views to the ocean course and the ocean itself beyond. It is a quick walk or bike ride to the beach (station 40), and guests can ride or walk to the Ocean Course. We hope to return to 305 Ocean Oaks again and again!

The house is wonderful. The Master on the second floor gives you complete privacy and quiet from the activities downstairs. We loved to walk to the beach and the bike paths from this house.

We rent 2 to 3 places per year at Kiawah and this house made our top 3. The marsh view was amazing. The house is set up, furnished well, in great condition and easily housed my family of 6. The beach was a 6 minute walk away. I liked the fact that it allowed access to the garage so that we could stow our beach carts out of site. We'll get this one again. Thank you!

The location of the unit was ideal with reasonable access to the beach. 305 was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The only problem we had was with the washer. It was hard to start. It was reported to Pam Harrington. Overall We were pleased with our rental.

This house was perfect for our family! We loved to views from the top deck off the upstairs master bedroom, appreciated the screened porch and the outside deck which allowed for time outside but not away from the house for cocktails. The location is an easy walk to a part of the beach that isn't crowded.

This house more than met the needs of our extended family (8 adults and a baby). Great location..... The walk to the beach was short and the views of marsh magnificent. Two masters and a full bathroom for each bedroom was a luxury, plus the powder room for guests. We'd definitely come back again.
Quibbles: The dining table did not allow all eight chairs to fit around it, so group meals were uncomfy, and spotty wi-fi (some folks could not get business conferencing done). But those were minor inconveniences and did not spoil our fabulous week.

Our visit was more then we expected. Starting with our arrival to the home. With all our children grown we were pleased to find parking for all of us. Inside was very spacious with seating for all. We all showered at about the same time so with eight we were pleased to have ample hot water. The back porch was great as well with front row view of an eagles nest and daily visit from mom and baby deer. The location was perfect.

This home is amazing! With all the modern amenities, this home boasts luxury bedrooms, bathroom, and outdoor seating. Enjoy the view on the marsh from the upstairs private balcony or take a short three minute ride to the beach on the bicycles located downstairs. This is the perfect getaway for families or couples looking to take a break from the day-to-day rush. The beach, located just a few minutes from the property, is serene, private, and breathtaking. Also visit Charleston's market which is about a hour's drive away. I would definitely visit Kiawah again!

We have been coming to Kiawah for 24 years and over the years there have been very few disappointments. We love it there! This week at 305 Ocean Oaks was another wonderful experience. The house was lovely, well appointed and well maintained. The views, while not of the ocean, were stunning and the wildlife abundant. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Just a short walk down the beach took us to wonderful tidal pools in front of the Ocean Course club house where we found beautiful shells and more wild life. Just a great helped that the weather was in the 90s and sunny every day! Would definitely recommend this rental to others and would love to come back!

This was our first visit to Kiawah, and I can't imagine going to any other beaches in the future. 305 Ocean Oaks is a beautiful home-the location was great (5 minutes from the beach), the view is great, and the layout of the house was perfect for us (3 bedrooms/baths downstairs for my son and his two friends to share, while my wife and I used the master bedroom/bath upstairs). We were pleased with everything, and will undoubtedly return to Kiawah at some point in the future.

I was fortunate enough to stay at 305 Ocean Oaks during the week that my niece was getting married. The accommodations were lovely. I awoke every morning to a breathe taking sunrise. The house is only a short walk to the beach (.25 miles). There was plenty of room for the 8 of us that stayed in the house. The house was spotless and a real dream to live in for a week.

We had a most enjoyable time on Kiawah, even though it rained a few days. Much of it was because of the wonderful home in which we stayed. It was open, cheerful, and had wonderful relaxing panoramic views out the back and bedroom windows. The marsh views at dawn and dusk were breathtaking. One just had to look out a window to observe the activity from a comfortable chair. It was just a block and a half to the beach. Staying in the house as we did for 1 week was a wonderful way to experience Kiawah.

Great house on the marsh. Easy walk to the beach. Perfect set-up for adult couples (we had 3 adult couples). Each couple had their own sleeping "wing" but a great central area for gathering. Also each BR had at least a queen size bed and upstairs MBR had a king.

Great house, wonderful condition, great location; worth every penny. Great marsh views with the Ocean Course visible from the top deck. A short walk or bike ride to Boardwalk 40 and the beach. We already have plans to return next year, and hope to continue staying there for years to come.

The house was very true to the online images and descriptions. We loved the marsh views and the cul de sac. The house was a reasonable walk to the beach. We thought it was the perfect location and you really got to enjoy the beauty of the island when not on the beach. The living space and configuration of bedrooms was perfect for our family situation and the decor was pleasing as well. We loved the house so much we would rent it again. The price was also reasonable.

Great stay again this year. Location was easy access to beach or if available the Beach Club. Also nice to be close to Osprey for golf practice range and play. Wish the house had a pool like others we have stayed at. Big plus. All around nice stay, and master bedroom view in morning sunrise doesn't get any better. thanks. rhh
