This spacious 3,430 sq ft Kiawah Island vacation home is laid out over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. On the first floor is the main living area with a wall of windows providing views of the 11th fairway of Cougar Point Golf Course with ample seating and a wall mounted flatscreen TV. There is a cozy den with additional seating opening to the dining space and kitchen. The kitchen is expansive with plenty of counter space and an island with a built-in cooktop, perfect for preparing meals. The dining room seats 8 for larger meals and the kitchen offers 3 additional bar stools at the island for a quick snack or cup of coffee. Opposite the living space is the large primary suite with a King bed and a huge double vanity sink, walk-in shower and separate dressing room.

On the second floor of the home are three additional bedrooms surrounding a central sitting area with a flat panel TV and a desk for those needing to work remotely. A king bedroom with a private bathroom is on one side and another king bedroom shares a jack and jill bath with a bedroom offering 2 twin beds. A small, covered porch off the sitting area provides a great place to relax on warm summer evenings.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly, allowing 1 dog with a max weight limit of 30 lbs. There is a pet fee of $250/week or stay if less than 7 nights with $500 maximum for multiple weeks. Dog must be at least 1 year of age. No other pets allowed.
