411 Ocean Oaks

The weather was perfect, especially right on the heels of hurricane Debby that had gone through before we arrived. The home at 411 Ocean Oaks was spectacular as always and perfect for our family.

Our family, including 5 young grandchildren spent 2 glorious weeks at 411 Ocean Oaks in August. This was our second year staying there, and we love it so much, we have rebooked for next year, already. All of the amenities in the house are perfect, the renovations done are special. As always Camp Kiawah, the fishing , tennis, golf, Seabrook Equestrian , and the the spectacular beach are the best ever. Cant wait till next year. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. There were 5 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant. The double bunk beds were perfect for the little ones. Each room having a bathroom with a tub was great. The king beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living space is large, but the enclosed sun room gave us some extra space to spread out for afternoon reading during nap time. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, just watch out for cars coming around the curve on Ocean Course. We brought foldable wagons for the beach things, and the little ones. The home is lovely with plenty of seating.

We loved our time here. The view of the lagoon from the screen porch is wonderful. It’s such a close walk to the beach.

In the midst of world chaos, 411 Ocean Oaks Ct. was a balm for our souls. Trish and Beth were immediately responsive to our needs. The house was very clean. A new stovetop, refrigerator washer and dryer would be nice but, the dishwasher was great. A step stool would be helpful to reach the higher shelves in the kitchen. Amanda did a mid-stay cleaning and met even my expectations. The artwork is gallery worthy and even though the brand new Sony big screen tv broke just days prior to our leaving, it was a bonus as we didn't expect it. The kids loved the bunkbeds and the baby was comfortable in the crib. All in all, hope to return next year sans Covid-19 and with having been vaccinated. Doug and Shane are terrific and handled all that was needed in a polite and professional manner. Thank You to Pam and her outstanding Staff.

We stayed here for 4 nights around our son's wedding in Kiawah. It was great to find a rental allowing Friday and Saturday night stays (not strictly Saturday check out). Each of the 4 bedrooms had a separate bath and 3 had large (king)beds. So it lent itself to a mostly adult stay. That was us.

Great home with lots of space. Location is a 2 minute bike ride to beach or 5 minute walk. Nice part of Island if looking for a little less crowded, but is a fairly long drive to Freshfields.
Would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and spacious, and had an elegant appearance overall. We were close to the beach, so it was easy to walk or bike there. We biked all over the island. The restaurants on the island were updated since we were there last year, and we had several nice meals and good service close by.

We had a great experience. The home is spacious and accommodates 8 adults comfortably. The open design in the main level allows those in the kitchen to enjoy their guests. Another great feature is all the bathrooms. Residence is very clean and updated.

The rental was perfect. we had three families state at the house and we all had our own wing. Walk to the beach was nice took about 15-20 minutes with three kids under 4. We go to see an aligator in the lagon right by the house. We would rent this house again.

Really beautiful home, much larger than it appears in the photo. Every room has its own bathroom and it comfortably sleeps 8. Very convenient to the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely go back. The owners are really great to work with as well.
